Over the last two years as I recovered from various medical issues, including hydrocephalus, Paula Villarroel was my medical case manager. During that time, Paula provided a multitude of services including but not limited to scheduling medical appointments, attending all those appointments with me, and discussing the issues concerning my current and future health with the medical professionals that I was seeing during that time. Paula also visited my apartment on a monthly basis to check on my condition and to review my medication‘s and blood pressure reported during that time. Her professionalism, medical knowledge and expertise along with her empathy and caring was very much appreciated during all that time. It has taken a village to get me to where I am today, Paula Villarroel was an important part of that village that has gotten me to the level that I no longer need a case manager or in house aides. I highly recommend Paula and her company to anyone that would need the same kind of expert care that I received.
